You can use your Gift Card online at SportsAuthority.com by entering the Gift Card number and PIN during checkout.

How to Check the Balance of Your Gift Card

You can check the balance of your Sports Authority gift card in a few ways. One option is to call the customer service number on the back of your card. Another option is to visit the Sports Authority website and enter your card number into the gift card balance checker. You can also take your card into a Sports Authority store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you.

By phone

To check the balance of your Sports Authority gift card by phone, call 1-866-870-4605. You will need the card number and PIN, both of which can be found on the back of the card.

In-store

To check the balance of your Sports Authority gift card in-store, you will need to present it to the cashier at the time of purchase. The cashier will scan the barcode on the back of the card and tell you the balance. You can also ask a customer service representative to check the balance for you.

Fees

A Sports Authority Gift Card may be subject to a dormancy fee of $2.50 per month after 12 months of inactivity, and a replacement fee of $5.95 for a lost or stolen card.
