Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order that you have placed with Sports Authority, you can do so by contacting their customer service department. They will be able to cancel the order for you and issue you a refund. You can also cancel the order yourself if you have already received the items and you do not want them.
Find the order number
In order to cancel an order, you will need to find the order number. The order number is located in the upper right-hand corner of the packing slip. Once you have located the order number, please call customer service at 1-888-Sports and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you further.

If the item has shipped
If you need to cancel an order that has already shipped, you will need to return the item once you receive it. You can return it to any of our stores or ship it back to us. If you need to cancel your order, please call us as soon as possible at 1-888-523-3776. Our customer service representatives are available Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 11 p.m. ET and Saturday – Sunday, 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET.
If your item has shipped
You have 30 days from the time you receive your item to return it for a refund, as long as it’s unused and in the original packaging with all the accessories and parts included.
