Before putting the sports cup on, make sure that it is the right size. If it is too big, it will be uncomfortable and if it is too small, it will not protect properly.

To find the right size, stand up straight and have someone measure from the top of your hipbone to the bottom of your ribs. This measurement is called your “crotch height.” Once you have this measurement, consult a size chart to find the right size cup.

When you have the right sized cup, it’s time to put it on. The first step is to get the groin guard in place. The groin guard is the hard plastic or metal part of the cup that goes in front of your genitals. It should be positioned so that it is covering your genitals and pointing downwards slightly.

Once the groin guard is in place, it’s time to put on the main body of the cup. Put the main body of the cup over your groin area and make sure that the groin guard is still in place and pointing downwards. Use both hands to adjust the cup so that it is situated correctly.

The final step is to put on the waistband or jockstrap that will hold everything in place. Put on the waistband or jockstrap and make sure that it is snug but not too tight. The sports cup should not move around once everything is in place.

Place the sports cup in the correct location. It should be worn low on the hip and should cover the groin area.

When wearing a protective cup, make sure the jockstrap is also tight and in place. A proper-fitting jockstrap has a wide waistband that sits just above the hip bones and a Y-shaped front that comes up between the legs and attaches to the waistband in back. The straps that come off the sides of the Y should be pulled taught and sit high on the glutes. This will help hold the cup in place.

Once the jockstrap is in place, it’s time to put in the cup. Unlike boxers or briefs, there is only one way to correctly insert a cup into a jockstrap — point down. Tilt the cup at about a 45-degree angle and slide it into the front pocket of the jock until it hits bottom. The bottom of the cup should sit snug against your groin with no gaps between your skin and the edge of the cup. If you can pinch any excess material, it means the cup is too big.

If everything feels good so far, give yourself a pat on the back — you’re halfway there! The next step is to make sure everything is properly secured by tucking in any excess material around the sides and back of the cup. This will help keep it from moving around during gameplay.

When putting the sports cup on, make sure that the front is facing down and the back is up.

When putting the sports cup on, make sure that the front is facing down and the back is up. If the front is up, then the cup will not be able to catch any of the urine. The back should be up so that when you put your penis in, the urine will go into the cup.

Put the sports cup on by putting your legs through the straps and then pulling the cup up into place.

You will want to make sure that you put the sports cup on correctly in order to avoid any injuries. The first thing that you need to do is to put your legs through the straps. Once you have your legs through the straps, you will then need to pull the cup up into place. You will want to make sure that the cup is snug against your body and that the straps are tight.

Once the cup is in place, adjust the straps so that they are comfortable but not too loose.

There are many different ways to put a sports cup on correctly, but the most important thing is to make sure that the cup is in the correct position. The following steps will help you to put a sports cup on correctly.

1. Choose the right size cup. It is important to choose a cup that is the correct size for your body. If you are unsure of what size you need, you can ask a coach or trainer for help.

2. Place the cup in the correct position. The cup should be placed so that it covers the entire area between your legs. It should be positioned so that the top of the cup is level with your hipbones.

3. Adjust the straps. Once the cup is in place, adjust the straps so that they are comfortable but not too loose. The straps should be tight enough to keep the cup in place, but not so tight that they are uncomfortable.

4. Test the fit of the cup. Once you have adjusted the straps, test the fit of the cup by moving around in it. Make sure that it does not move and that it feels comfortable.
