Open the Settings app on your device
Open the Settings app on your device and select Accessibility from thelist of options. You should see a toggle switch for Closed Captions + SDH near the top of the list. Tap this switch to turn it off .
Scroll down and select the “Accessibility” option
To turn off closed captioning on the CBS Sports app, scroll down and select the “Accessibility” option in the Settings menu. Then, turn off the “Closed Captioning” setting.
