Sports Mode is a feature on Samsung TVs that adjusts the picture settings to provide a better experience when watching sports. This mode can be turned on and off through the TV’s menus. If you’re not a fan of Sports Mode, or if you find it’s not doing a good job with your favorite team’s games, here’s how to turn it off.
Open the Menu
1.Open the Menu. It’s the icon that looks like three horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of the screen.
2.Select Settings. It’s near the bottom of the menu. A gear icon will appear to the right of it.
3.Select Sound. It’s in the middle of the page under “Picture.”
4.Select Expert Settings. It’s at the bottom of the page under “Sound Output.”
5.Scroll down and select Sports Mode/Highlight Tone Fixer/Game Mode . It’s an option near the bottom of the page; when selected, a switch will appear to its right, which you can toggle on or off depending on your preference
Select Picture Mode
If you want to turn off sports mode on your Samsung TV, the first thing you need to do is select the Picture Mode. To do this, go to Menu > Settings > Picture. Scroll down to Picture Mode and select it.
Scroll to Sports Mode
If you’re not a fan of Sports mode or if it’s just making your TV picture look worse, you can disable it pretty easily. Here’s how:
1. Scroll to the Settings menu on your Samsung TV and open it.
2. Find the PictureOptions menu and open it.
3. Select the Picture Mode Settings option.
4. Find the Sports Mode option and set it to Off.
Turn Off Sports Mode
To turn off Sports Mode, first ensure that your TV is turned on. Then, find the Sports Mode button on your remote control. Once you have located the button, press and hold it for three seconds. After holding the button for three seconds, a message should appear on your screen confirming that Sports Mode has been turned off.
