The 2020 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover was revealed on Tuesday, and it features three models: Olympic athlete turned model Sloane Stephens, fashion model Hailey Bieber, and model Alex Morgan. This is the first time in history that three women have graced the cover together.
“To be able to be on the cover of SI Swimsuit with two other powerful and inspiring women is truly surreal,” Stephens said in a statement. “I am so honored to join forces with Hailey and Alex to show the world that no dream is too big, and together, we can achieve anything.”
“There’s no better way to celebrate feminine strength and beauty than by putting three bad-ass women on the cover of SI Swimsuit,” Bieber added.
The issue hits newsstands on July 21.
2019
The 2019 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover was revealed on Tuesday, and it features three models: Camille Kostek, Alex Morgan and Hailey Clauson.
Kostek, who is also the issue’s cover girl, is a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit rookie. The model and former New England Patriots cheerleader first graced SI’s pages in the magazine’s 2018 rookie class.
Morgan, a World Cup champion and Olympic gold medalist, is also making her SI Swimsuit debut. The 28-year-old soccer star posed for a beautiful black-and-white spread inside the issue.
Clauson, who appeared on SI Swimsuit’s cover in 2016, returns for her third time in the annual issue. The 26-year-old model strutted her stuff in a stylish shoot set in Joshua Tree National Park.
2018
The 2018 cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue featured model Danielle Herrington. She became the third black woman to be featured on the cover in the magazine’s history.

This year, Kate Upton graces the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit for the third time. She is joined by model Nina Agdal and NFL wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.
