In his junior year, he helped lead the Golden Bears to an appearance in the 2004 Holiday Bowl. Rodgers was also a two-time Academic All-American and was awarded the2004 Academic Heisman. After his junior year, he decided to forgo his senior year and enter the NFL draft.
