With an estimated value of $4.2 billion, the Dallas Cowboys are the most valuable sports team in the world, followed by the New England Patriots ($3.7 billion) and the New York Yankees ($3.2 billion). The Cowboys, who are owned by Jerry Jones, have been the most valuable team in the NFL for 11 consecutive years.
The New York Yankees
According to Forbes, the New York Yankees are the most valuable sports team in the world. The team is worth an estimated $4.6 billion, which is more than double the next most valuable team, the soccer club Manchester United. The Yankees’ value is largely due to the team’s massive revenue, which totaled $623 million in 2017.
